Who we are
OnShoot is a Shopify app that makes on-model photos of your products. This policy explains what OnShoot does with your store's information when you install and use it. If anything here is unclear, write to support@onshoot.app.
What we collect
- Your store's name and domain, and its owner's email address, to run your account and send account emails.
- The products you choose in OnShoot and the product photos you pick, to make photos from them.
- Photos you upload, like a photo of your own place.
- The photos OnShoot makes, and the choices behind each photoshoot.
- Your plan and how you've used your credits.
- Messages you send us through support.
What we don't access
OnShoot asks Shopify only for access to your products. It can't see your customers, orders or payments. If you choose Replace when adding photos to a product, OnShoot asks for permission to manage your store's files, so it can take the old photos off the product. They stay in your Files.
How we use it
To make your photos and add the ones you choose to your products, keep track of your plan and credits, send account emails and the optional ones you can switch off in Settings, and answer your support messages.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts OnShoot, stores its data and photos, and sends our emails.
- Kie.ai makes the photos, from your product photo, the model and the place.
- OpenRouter reads the garment in your product photo, so every photo shows the right thing.
- Shopify handles your billing.
Who can see your photos
Only you, until you add them to a product. They're kept in private storage, behind links that expire.
How long we keep it
While OnShoot is installed. If you uninstall it, your data stays for 48 hours in case you come back. After that, Shopify asks us to erase your store's data, and we do.
Your customers
OnShoot doesn't receive your customers' personal information, so there's nothing for us to return or erase when they ask Shopify about their data.
