Does it keep my label right?

Labels are read word for word from your product photo, and each beauty photo is checked against the product before it's kept. A photo that fails the check is refunded.

Which beauty products does it work for?

Skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, nail polish and body care: bottles, jars, tubes, compacts and lipsticks.

Product on its own, or with a model?

Either. Product only places it on one of 21 backgrounds: colour sweeps, podiums and stone, sun and shadow, water and silk, and more. With a model, it's held, applied or worn in one of 29 places.

What product photo should I start from?

A sharp, front-facing photo of the whole product with the label readable, at least 512 px on each side. A plain background works best.

How big are the photos?

2480 × 3312 pixels: 8 MP, in the 3:4 shape most product pages use.

What does it cost?

Ten credits a photo. The Free plan makes 5 photos a month; Growth makes 150 for $29, about $0.19 a photo. Photos that don't come out are refunded in credits.

Try it on your own product.

Five free photos a month, with every model and place.
