How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your store's regular bill with your other apps. There's no card to add in OnShoot.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from Plan & usage. An upgrade adds the new plan's extra credits straight away, and a downgrade starts when your current period ends.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan grants its credits at the start of each billing period, and credits left over when it renews don't carry into the next one.
What if a photo doesn't come out?
Its credits come back automatically. A photoshoot sets its credits aside when it starts, and each photo that doesn't come out is refunded.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 credits a month, which is five photos, with every model and place.
How do I cancel?
Move to the Free plan, or uninstall OnShoot, from your Shopify admin. Billing stops with Shopify.
