Questions about editing.

Something else? Write to support@onshoot.app and a person will reply.

What can I change?

Anything you can say: a colour, the place, the light, the pose, the model, or the shape of the photo. Attach a model, a place or another product, and the edit uses it.

What does an edit cost?

10 credits, the same as a photo, on every plan including Free. Ask for 2 or 4 versions at once and each one is 10. An edit that doesn't come out is refunded.

Which photos can I edit?

Photos OnShoot made, your store's own product photos, or a photo you upload. You can start from a model or a place too.

Does an edit change my product?

Every edit is asked to keep your product exactly as it is, its shape, colour, fabric and print, unless you ask to change it. Check each one: nothing goes on your store until you click Add to product.

What happens to the photo I started from?

Nothing. Each edit is a new image linked to the one it came from, so you can keep editing any version and compare ideas side by side. A board holds up to 100 images.

Your next version is one sentence away.
