1. Joining
You join when OnShoot approves your application or invites you, and you accept these terms. OnShoot can turn down any application without giving a reason. You must be 18 or older and able to receive payments by PayPal, Wise, a Stripe payment link or another payment link.
2. Your code, link and account
Your code is personal to you. Share it and your link only in your own content, with people who could use OnShoot. Don't sell, transfer or swap codes. Keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what's done with your account.
3. How you earn
You earn the commission rate shown on your dashboard (20% unless agreed otherwise) of OnShoot's net revenue from each store that claims your code, for the period shown there. Only stores new to OnShoot earn commission: a store must claim your code within 30 days of first installing OnShoot (unless agreed otherwise). A store that installed earlier still gets the free credits, but earns you nothing. Commission is payable 30 days after the payment it comes from. Once your payable total reaches $20, you can request a payout from your dashboard; payouts are made on the 5th of each month. Refunds and credits reduce what you've earned. OnShoot's records decide what is owed. Development stores can't claim a code, and earn nothing.
4. Not allowed
- a. Spam: unsolicited bulk email, direct messages, comments or forum posts, and messages to lists you bought or scraped.
- b. Posting your code on coupon, deal, voucher or cashback sites.
- c. Bidding on “OnShoot” or close variations in paid search, or using them in domains, handles or ad copy.
- d. Pretending to be OnShoot or Shopify, or suggesting they sponsor or endorse you.
- e. False or misleading claims about OnShoot: its features, results, prices or what's free.
- f. Claiming your own code, from your own stores or stores you control, or creating stores to claim it.
- g. Paying or rewarding merchants to install the app or claim a code, beyond the credits OnShoot itself gives.
- h. Asking for, or rewarding, App Store reviews.
- i. Promoting OnShoot next to illegal, hateful, adult or deceptive content.
5. Disclosure
Say clearly that you earn a commission, where your audience can see it, as the law where you and they live requires.
6. Enforcement
If you break these terms, OnShoot can warn you; suspend you, which stops your code at once and holds your commission; or end your membership. Commission earned through a breach is forfeited. Stores that claimed your code keep their credits. You can appeal a warning or suspension by replying to the email that told you about it.
7. Leaving
You can leave at any time from your dashboard's settings. Commission already payable is paid at the next payout.
8. Taxes
You're responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
9. Changes
OnShoot can change these terms, or the commission for new payments. You'll see the change at your next sign-in, and the old terms apply until then.
10. Data
Your dashboard shows each store's name, plan and activity because the store agreed to share them when it claimed your code. Use them only to follow your own referrals. Don't contact stores with them or share them.
11. Contact
